- Two adjustable locking cam buckles with strong hypalon material hold the tank firmly to the frame
- Hook Velcro on back panel attaches securely in packs
- Top pocket holds tubing, Nasal cannula's, and masks
- Secure Velcro/Buckle attachments hook to a cot
- Load handles for quick/easy carry
- O2 wrench lanyard
