The Whiner is a lightweight waistpack specifically designed to organize provisions needed for basic complaints. Makes it easy to assist with minor cuts, bruises, aches, and pains. Great for Lifeguards, Beach, Special Event, and Bike Medics. Also handy for carrying personal items, i.e. penlight, gloves, wallet, or keys.
